Ingredients:
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) ¼ Cup
-Chia seeds 2 tbs
-Water ½ Cup
-Bananas 2
-Khajoor (Dates) 4-5 (deseeded)
-Olper’s badam Zafran flavoured milk ((Chilled) 2
-Banana (Sliced) as required
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) as required
Direction:
-In a bowl, add cashew nuts, chia seeds & water, mix well, let them soak for 2 hours.
-In a blending jug, add banana, soaked chia seeds & cashew, dates, flavoured milk, blend well.
-In a serving glass add prepared brain power smoothie, garnish with banana slices, cinnamon powder & serve!

-Ek bowl mein kaju, chia seeds aur pani dalein, achi tarah mix karen aur 2 ghante ke liye bhigo kar rakh den.
-Blending jug mein banana, bheegay hue chia seeds aur kaju, khajoor aur flavoured doodh dalein, achi tarah blend karen.
-Serving glass mein prepared brain power smoothie dalein, banana slices aur dal cheeni powder se garnish karen aur serve karen!
